AtkinsRéalis has opened its newly refurbished Dublin headquarters at Airside Business Park, supporting more than 300 engineering staff delivering infrastructure projects. The multi-million euro upgrade follows AtkinsRéalis' plan to grow its Irish workforce from around 370 to approximately 1,000 people by 2030.

AtkinsRéalis House will support staff working across Ireland's transportation, energy, water and buildings and places markets, the company confirmed. The office spans approximately 1,291m² of open plan office space, meeting rooms and breakout areas at 150 Airside Business Park, Swords, Co. Dublin.

The expansion follows AtkinsRéalis' acquisition of Galway-headquartered engineering and project management consultancy TOBIN, which added approximately 200 employees and expanded the company's regional footprint. The Irish team now numbers more than 750 people, with additional offices in Cork, Galway and Dundalk.

The structural driver is sustained Irish government and semi-state investment in transport, energy, water and built environment infrastructure, requiring engineering consultancies to scale multidisciplinary delivery teams. AtkinsRéalis' Dublin headquarters is designed to support this growing pipeline of nationally significant projects.

Professionals working from the Dublin headquarters are involved in delivering improvements to Ireland's rail network through Irish Rail and DART+, supporting Transport Infrastructure Ireland's road maintenance and Dublin's Metrolink advanced works, and providing multidisciplinary services across Dublin Airport Authority's airport portfolio. The team also supports Uisce Éireann's Water Supply Project and EirGrid's onshore and offshore wind programme.
