Ireland’s most visionary engineers and innovators are preparing to take centre stage as the Engineering Excellence Awards 2025 return to celebrate the projects and people shaping the nation’s future.

The highly anticipated black-tie gala will take place on Thursday, 23 October 2025, at the Royal Marine Hotel, Dún Laoghaire, bringing together leaders from across the built environment, infrastructure, technology, and sustainability sectors.

Last year’s Overall Winner, Luminate Medical, captured the spotlight with its groundbreaking Lily Device, a novel medical innovation designed to prevent hair loss during chemotherapy treatment. The project earned widespread acclaim for its technical ingenuity and human-centred impact, embodying the spirit of progress and purpose that defines Irish engineering.

Now recognised as Ireland’s premier platform for engineering achievement, the awards honour exceptional contributions from organisations, teams, and individuals who exemplify innovation, precision, and impact. From transformative infrastructure to pioneering sustainable design, this year’s finalists represent the cutting edge of engineering excellence.
