The Facilities Management Conference 2026 will bring together facilities management, engineering, property and workplace professionals to examine how the sector is evolving as buildings become increasingly technology driven and strategically important to business operations. The conference will take place on Wednesday, 4 November, at the Crowne Plaza in Santry, Dublin.
The conference will focus on the changing role of FM across Ireland’s buildings and workplaces, with particular relevance for engineering professionals involved in building operations, maintenance, energy, compliance and infrastructure.
The programme will examine how facilities management is moving beyond operational support towards a more strategic role that connects technology, people and the performance of the built environment. This shift has implications for engineering teams responsible for maintaining reliable, efficient and increasingly complex facilities.
The conference will bring together professionals working across in-house FM, public sector and estates, healthcare, higher education and commercial real estate. Attendees are expected to include FM and workplace directors, heads of estates, property and building management professionals, as well as specialists in energy and sustainability, procurement, and health and safety compliance.
The event will feature a keynote address from Áine Mulcahy, Managing Director of OCS Ireland, who brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across facilities management, security and support services. She leads OCS's commercial business across Ireland, delivering total facilities management solutions to public and private sector clients.
