Amcomri Group expands into Ireland with acquisition of Electronix Services

Amcomri Group has completed its first Irish acquisition, buying industrial electronics firm Randor Technologies (trading as Electronix Services) for up to €3.5m. The move strengthens Amcomri’s embedded engineering capabilities and supports growth across sectors like rail, pharma, and computing. Electronix, known for high-value system repairs and reverse engineering, will now operate alongside UK-based TP Matrix and Etrac.
