AECOM has been appointed to lead project management and engineering for Phase II of The Avenues – Riyadh, a $4bn mixed-use development set to redefine the capital’s commercial and lifestyle landscape. Spanning 1.87 million m², the project will feature a luxury shopping mall, hospitality, residential and commercial towers, with completion slated for early 2026.
